1. What is your return policy?


We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

As a general rule of thumb, customized items can not be returned. However, if you are unsatisfied with your customized jewelery, please send us an email and we will do our best to find a resolution.

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Do you offer customization options?

Yes! We offer personalized engraving on select products. Processing time for custom orders may take 2-5 extra business days.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide photos of the issue, and we will work on a replacement or refund.
